Saturday October 18 "Haul out for boats needing Big Crane services and stored on water front yard"

As autumn approaches the boating season starts winding down. Soon the marina will be preparing for haul-out and winter storage. The docks and the breakwaters will be taken out of the water. Boats will be stored outside or in the remaining warehouse. Winter projects will get underway and halyards will ping off the masts when the winter winds blow. Snowflakes will fall and the people will be gone. But, there is talk that the concrete floor left over from the fire would make a great skating rink. With a little hot chocolate, a little music, a sheltered place with a fire, the possibilities are endless.
