Church isn't for perfect
people, they don't need the love of God. It's for people like us
with problems and issues. God knows that we don't always do what's
best for ourselves, that's why He is all about forgiveness . You
don't have to give up your bad habits, (although you may eventually want
to), you don't have to promise never to make a mistake, you only have to
knock on the door to heaven and God will do the rest. Oh yea,
getting in touch with us might help too. After you check out our
website you could email our Youth Pastor at KathleenS_micah68@hotmail.com
Don't just sit there - do
something! We often complain that our life SUCKS OUT LOUD! But
what are you doing about it? You don't have to give up your
friends, your family, or even your hobbies, just check us out. You
may find that we offer something that won't make your life stink so
badly. You may actually come to like us - who knows unless you
try! Call the
church office at 416-438-4100 to find out about the next get together.
All
have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Romans3:23
Behold
the lamb of God (Jesus) who takes away the sins of the world.
John 1:29
Call
Jesus and you will be saved.
Acts 16:31
How we act tells a lot about
what we believe. Imagine the difference between hanging with your
friends, and hanging with your friends in the sight
of God! God is always with us, even
when we don't want him there. He always loves us,
even when we aren't very loveable. And He always
wants to hear from us, even when we think we are too busy to
call. Take a step towards Him, your life will change forever, you
will never be lonely again. Services every
Sunday at 10:00 am during the summer.
Starting on
September 11th join us for informal Prayer and Praise from
6:30 - 7:30 each Sunday evening. Of course you are always welcome
at the traditional worship held Sunday mornings at 9:00 am and
11:00 am

Kathleen
Sorensen is
the new Director of Youth Ministries. Her love for this ministry
dates back to her own youth growing up in Scarborough, but has taken her
around the world and back home again. She can always

St.
Andrew's Presbyterian Church
is one of the oldest in Scarborough, but while it honours its past it
looks forward with joy to a vibrant youth group.
Everybody
wants somewhere to belong, St.
Andrew's is
that place. Whether you are into street hockey, music, cool
contests, upbeat interactive worship, or just hanging out , you will
find friends with
US!
All
are welcome! It
doesn't matter whether you are looking for a new church home or just
want some questions answered. We are all God's children.
Just consider yourself our brother or sister that you haven't met yet -
we would love to have that opportunity.
Why
stay home when you can go on a ROAD TRIP? Recently members of our
Youth Group went to GODSTOCK,
Encounter
2005, and InSIght
with Juno Award winner Greg Sczebel.
If you like music from Hip Hop to Rock plan to come on our next trip.
