Dear Mr. Rouse, Mayor McCallion and Councillor Culham,

I have been informed about the above application and support the rezoning based on the community service it (and Dr. Saldanha) will provide out of a larger facility and that the property, which at the present time is a dilapidated, rental eyesore will be tastefully renovated and will prove to be an asset to the local neighbourhood, the Streetsville community and the City of Mississauga.

The low volume nature of a veterinary practice will not pose a major safety hazard to the traffic patterns in the area and will have a minimal impact on the residential nature of the neighbourhood.
