Ideas for Promoting Products:

Ways to engage web site visitors
An engaging variety of interactive puzzles and games that use current HTML and DHTML programing in conjunction with the latest versions of Netscape and Explorer web browsers. These ideas a particularly suited to attracting visitors to sites that have a lot of pictures, or the potential for play or discovery.

Promote periodicals
A variety of ideas for spurring the purchase of an issue of a specific magazine title or similar publication. This approach is best targeted on shares of the market that are yet untapped by a particular publication.

Promote products in periodicals
A format to better utilize the trends and technologies involved in placing product samples in magazines, particularly those focused on the fashion industry. This format has the benefits of bringing a reader back to the publication over and over, so that not only will the reader be continuously exposing himself or herself to the brand offered in the sample, but he or she will also, potentially, return as well to other advertisements, and articles promoting other products.

Premiums for coffee and tea related stores and distributors
A product that could be used either as a premium or incentive, or sold for a profit in retail and other coffee related venues. This is a soft product that can be personalized to the specific company who is using it, through embroidered logos, and other variations that will help the product act as a reminder and an advertisement for the brand name and product image that the company wants to promote.

New Product Ideas for:

Games for adults

The home and automotive security industry (electronic)
This is a product that will, using existing technology, enable home and automobile owners to keep a closer tab on their property. It can be marketed as a reaction against the "blind eye" mentality that most people have today, and will fit the proactive, self defensive nature that most individuals have developed, will be developing, or wish they could develop in response to the apocalyptic paranoia that is slowly becoming a part of everyone's way of thinking at the end of the millennium.

Puzzle designs (3D and computer)
3D: These are two 3 dimensional puzzle designs that could be adapted by a company using proprietary, or nonproprietary puzzle making methods. These designs have the potential to be as simple or as complex as is wanted, letting them be marketed to children and adults, novice and expert puzzlers.

Computer: These are puzzle ideas that can be used in web sites to promote a site or product, or to encourage longer, or more frequent visits to a site. This would be good for adult and child oriented entertainment sites, especially those that make money from exposing their visitors to ad banners, or other site that benefit from repeat visitorship.

BINGO halls (dabbers)
This is a product that will take advantage of the subtle superstitions that are held by regular BINGO players, as evinced by the lucky troll dolls and other such items often displayed on BINGO tables. Bingo players also often possess at least one BINGO related gimmick or item, usually received as a gift. This product, however, is likely to be purchased as much by the players themselves, as by their friends and relatives who know of the players' habits. This product could be designed from scratch, or could be developed as an adaptation of a company's existing product.

Children's fads (clothing related)
This is an idea that would require strong marketing and design capabilities to create a fad mentality to promote it. It could, however, also find it's way into incentive programs, as initial estimates of material cost per unit are small. This is a shoe fastener related item that could enjoy a partnership with a specific shoe design.

Children's toys
This is an item that could find a niche in the lake / pool toy market. Most likely, it will be attractive to a pubescent male market, but can obviously be used and enjoyed by anyone interested in outdoor, water based fun.

Food/ confections
I consider this product to be a high class, elegant, gift type confection that is different from the candies and chocolates that are currently on the market. It would fit well with those who are currently enjoying the increased availability of gourmet products.

Pet supplies and accessories (dogs, fish)
Dogs: Product 1- This product is directed at those who are conscious about their animals' comfort and health. It is a non-medical, nonfood product that will most likely be used by individuals whose animals are often outside in inclement weather .

Dogs: Product 2- As a reaction to the recent deaths and maulings of small children that have occurred in Toronto, this product was designed for new parents who have animals that have never been exposed to infants or small children before. This restraint is designed to be unintrusive, and temporary, and will allow for the animal to continue living as part of the family, while at the same time keeping it safely away from the new child until the child, animal and parents are comfortable enough to let the animal be with the child unsupervised. The restraint can also be used by those who may have guests who dislike dogs, but are reluctant to lock the dogs away until the guest leaves. It can be an inexpensive item, and could be carried in retail outlets of various kinds, or be sold through mail order easily.

Greeting card industry (accessories)
This is a product that provides a different and new way to display greeting cards.

Cigarette manufacturers (humorous, promotional)
This is a product that could be used by tobacco companies who would like to take advantage of individuals who are quitting smoking. Proper marketing of this product could also result in friends and family of the quitting smoker purchasing the product as a gift for the smoker.

Artists' materials (sculpting)
Carving is an interest of many artists, but it can be cost and time prohibitive. This product is a plaster like material that is light weight, cost saving, and simple to use. It could be marketed in ready made blocks, or as a self-mix kit. It is more appropriate for adult artists, rather than children, due to the high dust content. It would be perfect for the construction of small, inexpensive models, and upon testing, could prove to be a long lasting, conservationaly sound material that could be used to make finished art media.

Primary school education materials (hands on, software)
Hands on: I have developed an art making product which, after continual use, will benefit the reading and writing capabilities of preschool aged children. It can be marketed as a toy for parents to buy their children, as a fun way to learn. Or it could be taken into the school system as a learning manipulative for use during play time, and during class, group, and individual teaching sessions.

Software: The current state of education is one where teachers are finding less and less time to teach all that is required, and where there is a demand that teachers drill the basics of spelling and math facts, in keeping with the push for "back to basics" learning. There is also a need for teachers to provide opportunities for students to use computers in the classroom. However, the programs available rarely meet any of a teacher's curriculum needs.
This is the seed of an idea for a program that can be used in the classroom to boost spelling skills through a number of well practiced techniques. It will fit perfectly into any primary teacher's curriculum, and will provide ample, and beneficial opportunities to use a computer in the class.

Clothing, soft goods design industry (facilitate pattern making)
This product is designed to facilitate the design and construction of clothing and soft articles. It will provide an adaptable, scalable and versatile way of designing prototypes, and developing multiple size patterns. And will assist in the calculation of material needs, and production costs.

New kind of ear plug
This product is designed to provide relief for those who work in noisy environments, such as night clubs, but can't use traditional ear plugs because they interfere with the need to communicate with customers. Due to its low cost, it could be marketed to industry or to individuals, in a disposable or non-disposable format.

Entertainment Outlet/ Franchise
A location for families and other groups with children to go and take part in a fun experience. Could be located in a mall type setting, could offer special programs, and would generate front-end and back-end product and service revenues.
