• Dining interface with Hotel/Maitre D: Treasurer
  • includes any last-minute table placement problems etc
  • need "usher" to herd in diners, at the "call of the piper" - 6.45 to 6.55 pm
• Interface & Scheduling with Pipe Band, Highland Dancers, GoH :
  • before event; - President
  • at event - before activities start - Treasurer
  • at event - after activities start - MC David Martin
  • GoH to be met by: President
• Haggis Party: liason with Band, Maitre D, Stuart Jardine: MC David Martin
• Interface with Scot of the Year - Bruce McDonald
• Band refreshments - food ??, beer ?? - transport to hotel - John Shaver
• Flowers
• Photographer
• Table decorations - Lynn Paul, Pat Shaver
• Wall decorations - John Shaver
• Welcome Table - Bob Bhan, Wilma Jardine
• Press liaison -
