At Sebastian's Permanently Registered we are dedicated to breeding the best American Cocker Spaniels and have spared no expense in acquiring some of the finest blood lines from across Canada and the United States.

We are proud breeders of all breed Best In Show, Best Puppy In Specialty, Specialty Award of Merit, Multi Group and Puppy in Group Winning dogs.

We are a small family run hobby kennel that believes in breeding for quality not quantity, we breed on a limited scale and require reservations for our pup's, these are sound top quality, top producing, excellent representatives of the breed.
