| I have been asked countless times to provide a generic discounted cash flow model (DCF) and it has finally arrived here. In addition to the DCF, Spreadsheets Page, and my Excel Development section, I have posted two tutorial reports. The first report is based on derivative pricing theories. This report gives an introduction to three of the more popular theories, and goes into detail regarding how the application of generated algorithms can help price the models more effectively. The second report is a large equity valuation that was needed to value a divestiture of a consolidated subsidiary. It includes an overview, analysis of comparable companies, and valuations based on multiples, divisional, and discounted cash flow methods. This report is contained in an Excel spreadsheet and a Microsoft word file. | ||

This area contains information on how to develop
Microsoft Excel into self contained programs that
run independently of the Excel window, but
acutally communicate with excel via Visual Basic.
