Autometer Tach Installation

Working on Lisa's car the night before the Akron car show she wanted the Autometer Tach she had bought earlier this year installed. We started to wire it up, we realized where do we connect the wires properly? The black wire (ground) was a given. We knew that the green wire had to go through the firewall to the distributor but the V-6 as an internal coil so the question was where to connect this wire on the distributor. Not having my manuals with me we just wrapped up the end of the wires and left it for later. We never did finish the project. We came home from the show to find her apartment was flooded because the pipes to the bathroom upstairs had burst. After six hours of moving stuff out of the apartment and the emotional shock, no one felt like showing or working on the cars the next day.

Now that I'm back home and have my manuals in front of me I have made a wire connection list so we can finish the project another day.
