ATG arranges debt and equity financing through private and institutional bankers, fund managers and available government funding.  We are always looking for new investment opportunities whether they are for businesses in the early stages of operations or in more mature situations.  We treat all information recieved in confidence.

ATG looks for the following attributes in a company:

Strength and calibre of management team

Significant growth prospects

Profitability

Niche business

Initially, we require an Executive Summary outlining the following:

Purpose of the business/project 

Brief description of business and its marketplace

Summary of financing requirements and when capital will be needed

Highlights of financial projections for the next three to five years

Current financials where business is in operation

This information can be sent via e-mail, fax or by post

 If after preliminay assessment the proposal hes merit, we will invite more detailed information (i.e. a Business Plan).
